Yet, many critical leadership skills—like effective communication, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving—are rarely taught in schools, leaving young adults unprepared for real-world success. This live group coaching program is designed to fill this gap. It not only develops leadership skills but also gives students a chance to participate in group discussions with peers, learning from different perspectives and building confidence and tolerance, in a collaborative setting. How it works? ✅ Four modules (15 classes each) – Must complete one to enroll in the next module ⏳ 45-minute virtual sessions 🌱 Engaging discussions & real-world scenarios 📅 Duration: 15 weeks per module (4 modules currently available) 📍 Format: Virtual (live) & Interactive 💰 Enroll per module – complete each before advancing! 📌 MODULE 1: Foundations of Leadership & Teamwork (Classes 1–15) 🎯 Focus: Essential leadership traits, dependability, adaptability, feedback, empathy, responsibility, negotiation, body language, problem-solving, and collaboration. 📌 MODULE 2: Advanced Leadership Skills (Classes 16–30) 🎯 Focus: Critical thinking, collaboration, respect, humor, mindset, gratitude, belief, and personal growth. 📌 MODULE 3: Leadership Presence & Impact (Classes 31–45) 🎯 Focus: Leadership presence, purpose, balance, decision-making, public speaking, and networking. 🎯 Give Your Child the Leadership Edge! Cancellation Policy
Confidentiality It is essential to our coaching relationship that you can be open and share honestly. Our conversations are entirely confidential, unless the release of information is otherwise authorized or requested by you, you have indicated you plan to do harm to yourself or others, or the release of information is required by law. Sessions will not be recorded or released at any time. Changes/Cancellations One-on-One Coaching: Should you need to reschedule a one-on-one coaching session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. On rare occasions, I may also need to reschedule a session and will ensure to give you as much advance notice as possible, striving to accommodate your convenience. Group Coaching: Due to the nature of group coaching programs, sessions cannot be rescheduled. Workshops: Requests to reschedule workshops will be considered up to 15 days prior to the scheduled date. Any additional expenses incurred due to rescheduling must be borne by the client. Please note that cancellations of any services are non-refundable. Refunds. Due to the nature of the process, results cannot be guaranteed therefore all services are non-refundable. By proceeding, you agree to the terms detailed above.
