360° IMPACT LEADERSHIP
CAPACITY & PRESSURE ASSESSMENT

Leadership breaks when pressure, emotion, assumptions, and energy drain quietly shape how you lead.

This assessment helps you identify where leadership friction is showing up for you right now—whether it’s pressure, reactivity, assumptions, communication, boundaries, ownership, clarity, or unnecessary effort.

By answering a series of honest, practical questions, you’ll gain:

  • Insight into how you lead under pressure

  • Awareness of patterns that may be draining your energy or impact

  • Direction on which leadership sessions or series will support you best

For you, this assessment creates clarity and confidence in choosing the right next step in your growth journey.

For me, it ensures our work is focused, relevant, and designed for real transformation, not generic coaching.

Assessment Instructions

Read each statement and select the option that best reflects how often each statement reflects how you lead, especially under pressure.

Be honest, don’t overthink your answers, and keep in mind this assessment is about identifying patterns, not perfection.

🔵 Pressure & Stress Response

When things move fast, I can slow myself down and think clearly rather than reacting.
When decisions or competing priorities pile up, I maintain focus on what matters most.
Under pressure, I can still access my best leadership behaviors, not just my fastest ones.

🔴 Emotional Triggers & Reactivity

When conversations get tense or emotional, I stay composed and grounded.
During difficult interactions, I communicate in ways that prevent my reactions from creating additional friction.
I notice emotional reactions early enough to choose how I respond.

🟠 Assumptions & Interpretation

Before reacting, I check my assumptions about people or situations.
When information is unclear or incomplete, I ask questions before drawing conclusions.
I can clearly separate facts from assumptions or interpretations when making decisions.

🟡 Listening & Influence

I listen fully without jumping in to fix, solve, or redirect the conversation.
People tend to open up and share honestly when talking with me.
I allow others to take responsibility for problems or decisions that belong to them.

🟢 Energy, Boundaries & Discernment

I am intentional about where I invest my time, attention, and energy.
I can say no or push back when demands exceed my capacity or priorities.
I carry the responsibilities that belong to me without unnecessarily taking on those that belong to ot

🟣 Culture, Ownership & Direction

When people bring complaints or frustrations to me, I help move the conversation toward clarity, ownership, and productive action.
I address recurring issues or unresolved conversations before they create ongoing friction or drain my energy.
My leadership consistently creates direction, clarity, and forward movement for others.

🟤 Leadership Efficiency & Friction

I get important work done without making the effort heavier or more complicated than necessary.
I can identify where unnecessary drag, extra steps, or wasted effort are getting in the way of my effectiveness.
When pressure or tasks pile up, I maintain performance without creating unnecessary additional effort for myself.
