Service Description

Sometimes their potential is obvious to you—but they struggle to see it themselves. 360° IMPACT Youth Rise helps young people build the mindset, confidence, and leadership skills they’ll use for life. This is not therapy. It’s forward-focused coaching that helps young people think clearly, take ownership, and move forward with confidence. And includes the same tools used to develop professionals and organizations, adapted for ages 11–17. What Makes This Program Different: Most youth programs focus on motivation. This one teaches kids how their brain works and how to lead, starting with themselves. A neuroscience-based coaching experience that strengthens how young people think, respond, communicate, and lead. Kids learn why they: • Overthink • Procrastinate • Feel overwhelmed by pressure • Get stuck in big emotions Then we build real-life skills: 🎯 Managing emotions under pressure 🎯 Communicating clearly and confidently 🎯 Making thoughtful decisions 🎯 Managing time and setting meaningful goals 🎯 Perform at their highest level Because leadership shouldn’t start at 30. Cancellation Policy
Confidentiality Trust and confidentiality are essential to our work together. Information shared during individual coaching will remain confidential to the extent reasonably possible and permitted by law. Information may be disclosed when authorized by you, required by law, or reasonably necessary to address a serious risk of harm. Additional confidentiality considerations may apply to minors and organizationally sponsored coaching. Sessions may not be recorded, transcribed, livestreamed, or captured using AI or automated meeting assistants without prior consent. Changes, Cancellations & Late Arrivals One-on-One Coaching: I understand that schedules change. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be considered a used session and are not guaranteed a replacement session or credit. Missed appointments without prior notice are forfeited. If you arrive late, we’ll make the most of the time remaining, but your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late without communication, the session may be considered a missed appointment. Group Coaching: Missed sessions cannot be individually rescheduled or refunded unless otherwise specified. Workshops, Training & Team Engagements: Requests to reschedule will be considered up to 15 days prior to the scheduled date unless otherwise agreed. Additional expenses resulting from a client-requested change remain the client’s responsibility. Cancellations & Refunds Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments for services are non-refundable. While services are designed to support meaningful development and performance, specific results cannot be guaranteed. By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
