Assessment Structure

This assessment evaluates leaders across six core leadership domains that match our ecosystem:

  5. Energy, Boundaries & Discernment

  6. Culture, Ownership & Direction
     

Each domain includes statements rated on a simple scale (e.g., Rarely → Consistently).


Assessment Instructions

Read each statement and select the option that best reflects how true it is for you most of the time, especially under pressure.
Be honest, don’t overthink your answers, and keep in mind this assessment is about finding patterns, not perfection.
