This Career Values Identification group workshop uses a 5 Step process to get to a prioritized set of Top 10 Work or Career Values. When you are clear on your values, you understand what drives and motivates you AND what demotivates you. Use your career values discovery to make more informed work and career decisions, choosing goals, roles, activities, and people that support and enhance your values - and avoid those that go against them. This workshop derives your values from your experience and interests, instead of picking values from a list. It also discourages you from overly prioritizing 'SHOULD Value' words - like honesty and respect - values expected of you rather than YOUR true selves. My favorite part of this values process is the prioritization, which really gets you challenging assumptions about the way you think you SHOULD be, as opposed to what REALLY matters to YOU... Terms: Booking: Use the calendar available on the next step, to book your session. After payment has been confirmed, you will receive a link to use during your virtual session. Confidentiality: It is essential to our coaching relationship that you can be open and share honestly. Our conversations are entirely confidential, unless the release of information is otherwise authorized or requested by you, you have indicated you plan to do harm to yourself or others, or the release of information is required by law. Cancellations: We request that you make your coaching session a priority. For this reason, this session will not be refundable in the event of cancellation. Billing/Payments: This service is billed one time only and paid by credit card. By proceeding with this purchase, I agree to the terms outlined above.

Cancellation Policy

Confidentiality: It is essential to our coaching relationship that you can be open and share honestly. Our conversations are entirely confidential, unless the release of information is otherwise authorized or requested by you, you have indicated you plan to do harm to yourself or others, or the release of information is required by law. Sessions will not be recorded or released at any time. Changes/Cancellations: For one-on-one services, we will work with you if you need to reschedule as our schedule allows. Please let us know 48 hours in advance about any changes you need to make. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled within the 48 hour timeframe will be charged at 100% . For group sessions cancellations are not refundable. If you purchase a membership that is debited monthly, you can cancel it at any time and will not be billed from that point forward. Refunds: Due to the nature of the process, results cannot be guaranteed therefore all services are non-refundable. Billing/Payments: Packages, Plans & Memberships are automatically debited from a credit card you designate upon booking. Other services invoices individually can be paid via Venmo or Zelle or via credit card upon receiving the invoice. By proceeding, you agree to the terms detailed above.
