Confidentiality: It is essential to our coaching relationship that you can be open and share honestly. Our conversations are entirely confidential, unless the release of information is otherwise authorized or requested by you, you have indicated you plan to do harm to yourself or others, or the release of information is required by law. This is a group program which means there will be other people sharing as well. By booking this, you agree to keeping the conversations confidential as well.
 
Changes/Cancellations: As this is a group program, we are unable to reschedule session. This session will not be recorded or released at a later time. Cancellations are not refundable.
