This 12-week virtual-live guided group personal development program, will allow you to transform your life week over week, and learn methods that stick. Specifically designed for professionals ready to get off the hamster wheel and start living a more meaningful life, where work is enjoyable and there is still time to do those things that you have been putting off for so long.
You will:
🥁 Gain clarity about where your life stands
🥁 Clean up your life from anything that doesn’t serve you
🥁 Discover & set clear achievable goals
🥁 Take action
On month 1, you will discover those goals that align with you, take stock of your life, discover what makes your heart sing, and begin taking action.
On month 2, you will “spring-clean” your life by learning how to let go of what no longer serves you, review your relationships and what zaps your energy.
On month 3, you will be able to identify a spark team (people who support you), inspire and encourage you, as well as set up supportive daily habits and design meaningful goals to set yourself up for the following 3 months.

Bonus: At the end of the program, meet monthly for continued support (see "Community Coaching" in the learning catalog). 1 group meeting every month for 12 months.

This is a group program which means there will be other people sharing as well. By booking this, you agree to keeping the conversations confidential as well.
Changes/Cancellations: As this is a group program, we are unable to reschedule session.
