Discover and silence your inner critic forever. Imposter syndrome is loosely defined as doubting your abilities and feeling like a fraud. It disproportionately affects high-achieving people, both Women & Men alike, who find it difficult to accept their accomplishments. Many question whether they're deserving of accolades. Feelings of self-doubt can stir up a lot of fear, anxiety and stress. Studies have suggested imposter syndrome can lead to a drop in job performance and job satisfaction while increasing burnout. It's also been linked to anxiety and depression. Acknowledging our gremlin (inner critic/judge) is a very powerful tool. This coaching session brings a greater awareness to the critical or judging element within us – and that then gives us the opportunity to make changes and do things differently. So, your gremlin dates back to when adults knew best, were right - and children were wrong. This is how your gremlin views the world. But you are no longer a child, you have your OWN values, beliefs and ways of doing things - and can think for, decide for and protect yourself. You don't have to please others to 'literally' survive. This session will help you: 🎯 Discover your fears and limitations 🎯 Acknowledge where your doubt is coming from 🎯 Accept & Embrace your talents and gifts Face your imposter syndrome head on and block it forever. ----- Terms: Booking: Use the calendar available on the next step, to book your session. After payment has been confirmed, you will receive a link to use during your virtual session. Confidentiality: It is essential to our coaching relationship that you can be open and share honestly. Our conversations are entirely confidential, unless the release of information is otherwise authorized or requested by you, you have indicated you plan to do harm to yourself or others, or the release of information is required by law. Cancellations: We request that you make your coaching session a priority. For this reason, this session will not be refundable in the event of cancellation. Billing/Payments: This service is billed one time only and paid by credit card. By proceeding with this purchase, I agree to the terms outlined above.

Cancellation Policy

Confidentiality: It is essential to our coaching relationship that you can be open and share honestly. Our conversations are entirely confidential, unless the release of information is otherwise authorized or requested by you, you have indicated you plan to do harm to yourself or others, or the release of information is required by law. Sessions will not be recorded or released at any time. Changes/Cancellations: For one-on-one services, we will work with you if you need to reschedule as our schedule allows. Please let us know 48 hours in advance about any changes you need to make. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled within the 48 hour timeframe will be charged at 100% . For group sessions cancellations are not refundable. If you purchase a membership that is debited monthly, you can cancel it at any time and will not be billed from that point forward. Refunds: Due to the nature of the process, results cannot be guaranteed therefore all services are non-refundable. Billing/Payments: Packages, Plans & Memberships are automatically debited from a credit card you designate upon booking. Other services invoices individually can be paid via Venmo or Zelle or via credit card upon receiving the invoice. By proceeding, you agree to the terms detailed above.
