We all have feelings while working – it's where most of us spend our prime years and the bulk of our time. These feelings change over time and can be anywhere between misery and ecstasy. People who enjoy their work are usually good at making a distinction between themselves and the RESULTS of their work. This brings a detachment that allows for enjoyment of work independent of circumstances. If you don’t maintain this distinction, your enjoyment will always be dependent on whether or not things are going 'well'. In order to make changes in your career it helps to understand what you enjoy, and what you don't, in your current work (or lack of). Then you can make yourself more comfortable where you are while you ponder and take action on alternative careers or new directions. This coaching session: ✅ Makes a good initial “diagnostic” of where you really stand ✅ Enables you to take actions to reclaim your power at work ✅ Help you with the decision of moving on to exploring other opportunities from a place of strength. Don't quit too soon, there may be ways you can rekindle your love for your job. Our conversations are entirely confidential, unless the release of information is otherwise authorized or requested by you, you have indicated you plan to do harm to yourself or others, or the release of information is required by law. Cancellations: We request that you make your coaching session a priority. For this reason, this session will not be refundable in the event of cancellation.
