Mentorship is the influence, guidance, or direction given by a mentor. A mentor is someone who teaches or gives help and advice to a less experienced and often younger person. In an organizational setting, a mentor influences the personal and professional growth of a mentee. Mentors are not always readily available in the workplace and sometimes, you do not wish to have specific conversations with someone within your organization. This program is ideal for those seeking guidance outside the workplace. Michele will guide you towards a specific path of development that you choose, without judgement, and absolute confidentiality. Pricing Plan: 2 session - $150 p/month (complimentary Community Coaching program) Length: 45 minutes each session - Terms: Booking: Use the calendar available on the next step, to book your first session. After payment has been confirmed, you will receive a link to book all sessions thereafter. Confidentiality: It is essential to our mentoring relationship that you can be open and share honestly. Our conversations are entirely confidential, unless the release of information is otherwise authorized or requested by you, you have indicated you plan to do harm to yourself or others, or the release of information is required by law. Changes/Cancellations: We request that you make your coaching sessions a priority. With membership, sessions cannot be rescheduled or cancelled. We will however, work with you as close as we can, to adjust if an emergency happens. Sessions do not rollover. Billing/Payments: Membership is built on automatic debit from a credit card you designate on a monthly basis. Should you need to cancel your membership, you can do so by login into your account.
