We live busy lives and for many of us, finding time to ponder and reflect on what we want from life seems a waste of our precious time - or simply a distraction from the other 101 things we have on our lists. But if you're not clear on what you want it's impossible to have direction - we end up going wherever life takes us. We could end up anywhere or everywhere. Learn to Not knowing what we want also makes it hard to say "No" to others. How can we prioritize ourselves when we have nothing to work towards for ourselves? We have no REASON to say no. Having goals also gives us purpose in life. When we KNOW what we want, we can get focused and ask ourselves, "Does this move me towards my goals - or away from?" "If you don't know what you want, you'll end up with what you get!" So, let's get started. Terms: Confidentiality: It is essential to our coaching relationship that you can be open and share honestly. Our conversations are entirely confidential, unless the release of information is otherwise authorized or requested by you, you have indicated you plan to do harm to yourself or others, or the release of information is required by law. This is a group program which means there will be other people sharing as well. By booking this, you agree to keeping the conversations confidential as well. Changes/Cancellations: As this is a group program, we are unable to reschedule session, however, you will have access to the recorded session if you missed it. By booking this program, you agree to the release of the recorded sessions to other participating members of the program and will not be sharing the recording with others. Billing/Payments: Program will be automatically debited from a credit card you designate upon booking this program, and it is non-refundable. Cancellation Policy

Confidentiality: It is essential to our coaching relationship that you can be open and share honestly. Our conversations are entirely confidential, unless the release of information is otherwise authorized or requested by you, you have indicated you plan to do harm to yourself or others, or the release of information is required by law. Sessions will not be recorded or released at any time. Changes/Cancellations: For one-on-one services, we will work with you if you need to reschedule as our schedule allows. Please let us know 48 hours in advance about any changes you need to make. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled within the 48 hour timeframe will be charged at 100% . For group sessions cancellations are not refundable. If you purchase a membership that is debited monthly, you can cancel it at any time and will not be billed from that point forward. Refunds: Due to the nature of the process, results cannot be guaranteed therefore all services are non-refundable. Billing/Payments: Packages, Plans & Memberships are automatically debited from a credit card you designate upon booking. Other services invoices individually can be paid via Venmo or Zelle or via credit card upon receiving the invoice. By proceeding, you agree to the terms detailed above.
